Shipping policy

- All orders in the UK are eligible for FREE standard delivery.

- We aim to ship all orders within 1/3 working days from when the order is placed.

- All UK orders are shipped using EvRi & take roughly 3/5 working days to arrive-from when the order has been dispatched.

- Tracking numbers are given if you choose 1st Class Tracked at checkout. you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

- Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to take responsibility for any delays.

- If you are ordering from Europe, your item(s) will be sent out using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service & take approximately 3/5 business days to arrive after we dispatch them.

- If you are ordering from another country outside of Europe, your item(s) will be sent out using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service & take approximately 6/7 businesses days to arrive after we dispatch them.

- Any import fees for international orders are to be paid by the Customer.
