Refund policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges and ALL sales are FINAL.
- If any item is faulty upon arrival we ARE able to make an exchange. If the item you had ordered is no longer in stock a refund will be provided. Please note these items must be returned to us in all original packaging / tags for a physical inspection before an exchange / refund can be processed.
- If an item is sent to an incorrect address we WILL NOT take any responsibility for this & is the customers fault.
- If an order is lost in transit, we advise you to contact the shipping courier directly for a resolution to this issue.
